MAC is different from any other Automotive Training Company in that our people provide on-site, one on one training.  We have found that if we immerse ourselves in the training process (within the dealership) that we gain immediate respect and response from those being trained.  MAC trainers all have 15+ years retail experience in the automotive industry.  This experience brings a wealth of additional information to the training table.
